Yesterday, while I was studying the latest 2013 Guide to Literary Agents I stumbled upon a book titled Fight Back Against Unfair Debt Collection Practices: Know Your Rights and Protect Yourself from Threats, Lies, and Intimidation by Fred Williams.

Fred Williams also has a blog, which hasn't been addded to since October 2010: Coping With Collectors,Blogspot.com.
